Built on Family. Driven by Craftsmanship.
At RS Anderson & Company, we believe exceptional homes begin with strong relationships, thoughtful planning, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Founded in 2008, RS Anderson & Company is a family-owned residential construction and remodeling company serving Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the North Phoenix communities. We specialize in luxury home renovations, whole-home remodels, additions, and custom residential construction.
Our reputation has been built on a simple philosophy: Treat every home with the same care, attention, and respect we would our own.
A Family Tradition of Excellence
RS Anderson & Company was established by Robert, Susan & Jaime Anderson with a commitment to quality construction, integrity, and lasting client relationships.
Today, Jaime carries that tradition forward, combining the company’s established values with a modern approach to residential construction and project management.
While our projects have evolved over the years, our commitment remains the same: delivering exceptional workmanship, maintaining open communication, and providing a construction experience built around trust and accountability.
A Personal Approach to Every Project
We understand that remodeling or building a home is a significant investment, both financially and personally.
That’s why we believe the experience should be just as important as the finished product.
From the initial consultation through the final walkthrough, we prioritize clear communication, careful coordination, and attention to detail. We work closely with homeowners, architects, designers, and skilled trade professionals to ensure every project reflects the client’s vision while maintaining the highest standards of construction.
Our hands-on approach allows us to provide the personal attention and accountability that larger construction companies often struggle to deliver.
Quality Without Compromise
Whether transforming an existing Scottsdale residence, creating a seamless home addition, or building a custom home, our focus is always on thoughtful execution and lasting quality.
We take pride in the details that make a home exceptional—from the craftsmanship you can see to the structural integrity and construction practices behind the finished surfaces.
We don’t simply build and remodel homes. We build lasting relationships through work we’re proud to stand behind.
Let’s Build Something Exceptional
If you’re considering a major renovation, addition, or remodel in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, or the surrounding communities, we’d welcome the opportunity to learn about your vision.
